This Privacy Policy applies to all applications and services provided by SKYYYNET. At SKYYYNET, we prioritize user privacy and data transparency. Depending on which application you are using, our data collection practices vary significantly.
SKYYYNET Cloud is designed as a private, local-only utility for audio professionals and creators.
No Data Collection: SKYYYNET Cloud does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, audio files, or metadata to external servers.
Local Storage: All files (MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, and ZIP) are stored locally within the app's file management on your device.
Peer-to-Peer: Collaboration features function strictly via local Peer-to-Peer (P2P) networking. No data is routed through a cloud database or SKYYYNET server.
To provide real-time coordination and social features, SYNC20 collects specific information required to facilitate connections between you and your "Circles."
Information We Collect
Phone Numbers: Used as your primary account identifier for secure login and friend discovery.
Location Data: Used to enable Google Maps Search and suggest optimal meeting locations based on proximity.
Profile Information: Your display name and profile picture are stored to identify you within your groups.
How We Use SYNC20 Data
To sync weekly schedules and identify free time overlaps.
To provide Google Maps integration for securing hangout locations.
To facilitate carpooling by displaying nearby friends to designated drivers.
We utilize trusted partners to provide core functionality for SYNC20:
Google Maps: Powers location search, mapping, and distance calculations.
RevenueCat: Manages premium subscriptions and entitlements across SKYYYNET applications.
Supabase: Provides real-time database syncing for group votes and communication.
You maintain full control over your information across all SKYYYNET platforms:
SYNC20: You can delete your account via the Settings menu. This action immediately wipes your phone number, profile, and location history from our active servers.
SKYYYNET Cloud: Since no data is collected, simply deleting your 'account' including the app from your device removes all associated local files and profile information.
